Dwarf palm tree

Short palm tree of 3-4m tall that can reach 7m, it has large tufts and in general, several trunks that are often inclined and upward-facing. Thriving in hot or subtropical conditions and commonly grown in France, notably around the Mediterannean, this palm tree is appreciated for its excellent hardiness, its relative ease to grow and its expanding size. It likes being in direct sunlight, whatever the nature of the soil it’s in (as long as it is well drained) and tolerates the cold up to a temperature of -15°.
