Bonsai shapes
The Bonsaï shape can be given to any kind of tree. It is the result of a precise and meticulous shaping technique carried out by hand (flat branches or cloud branches). Bonsaï shaped trees are hand-crafted treasures, pure results of the imagination. In a garden, they are what most resemble live sculptures. Bonsaï culture is an ancient art that we practice on the most exceptional of our plants and trees: olive trees, yews, holly trees... These masterpieces are on show all year round in Gassin.
